Simply dust the lamp with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products to preserve the natural finish of the olive wood. From time to time though, you can brush on a very light coat of olive oil to reseal the lamp’s surface and give it the light natural shine the wood naturally has. Also, should handling the lamps ever result in chipping or staining of the surface, use fine 300 grid sandpaper to lightly sand the surface until staining is removed. Then just brush on a little bit of olive oil to reseal the surface, it’s that simple.
-
Yes, each lamp is treated with a natural olive oil finish to enhance the wood’s grain and protect it while maintaining its organic beauty.
